We included Altitude Lacrosse into our town based elementary and middle school spring season for incremental training sessions. Each practice session catered to the age group with drills that challenged the wide range of experiences with each team. The sessions introduced new drills, plays, and even fun games to keep the players engaged and motivated. Including Altitude Lacrosse into our town program allowed our players to quickly become cohesive athletic teams. I highly recommend it.
